Terms of Service

I agree to return the bike in the same condition that I take it in.* We reserve the right to charge £20 cleaning fee if required.*

I agree to look after the bike as my own while it is in my care.* I agree to report any damage upon return of the bike in such cases Banging Bikes offer that any damage will be repaired at reduced price, otherwise damage will be charged to your card at retail rates*

 

I agree to undertake standard pre-ride checks including skewers are tight, tyre pressures are correct, bolts are tight and the brakes function correctly.* I am aware not to put lubricants or cleaners on the disc brakes*

 

I have inspected the bike upon receipt of it and am happy it is in full working order.* I agree to check the bike over with a member of Banging Bikes staff on return.*

 

I understand that there are inherent risks involved in cycling both on and off road and agree that Banging Bikes or its staff are in no way responsible for my actions or the results there after. * You will be offered a cycle helmet on bike collection (or drop-off). We strongly advise you wear one at all times when cycling.* All bikes are hired with a helmet.

 

We will arrange bike(s) drop-off / collection at local train stations or any other local destination including Wendover or Swinley Bike Park etc. We can drop-off / collect from other locations please contact us for confirmation.

 

HIRE NOTES* Security deposit required £300 and Passport or Drivers license required, if unavailable other office Government ID can be accepted. & car keys can be left as a viable deposit alternative instead.*

 

All bikes are hired with a helmet, multi-tool and puncture repair kit. Our e-bikes are available as a Full Day booking or Half Day booking.*  Ride Guides are available for Full Day bookings @ £150 a day; please contact us for more*

 

Hire Cancellation / Refund Policy: Cancellations / refunds are issued only if a minimum of 48hrs notice is provided before your session start times. If your request for cancellation is within the 48hr window deposit may not be returned.
